Guilderland Food Pantry
The Guilderland Food Pantry has expanded amid a 55 percent increase in the use of its services over the past year. A spike in the pantry's service level reflects a growing need for food assistance in Guilderland and surrounding areas. In 2021, the nonprofit distributed 21,636 meals to1,205 families. This year, they are expecting to serve more than 36,000 meals to 1,708 families.
Personal hygiene items are always in need, such as laundry detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toilet paper, feminine products, etc. You may find the collection box on the front landing.. You can find the collection box on the landing near the office entrance.
